- The special negotiated rate of $195.00 per night (plus tax) is available to TotalConnection attendees until October 1, 2011 on a first-come, first-served basis, or until the room block is filled. After October 1, 2011, the prevailing rates will apply pending availability. Note: The negotiated rate will be honored three (3) days prior to or following the conference, pending space availability.
- Government rate: Discounted rates are available to government employees at the prevailing government rate of $104.00. To make your reservation, please email sara.lieberman@marriott.com and reference the SumTotal TotalConnection conference. Proof of a government employee ID and a form of government payment are required. Note: Government rates will not be offered from the Marriott registration site. (Limited availability)
- Hotel guarantee/cancellation policy: All reservations must be accompanied by a first-night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations must be canceled by 4:00pm ET the day prior to the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be given for cancellations after that time. No-shows will be charged for one night’s room rate plus tax.
